RETURN POLICY

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-customized purchase, you can return your web order from axcelsports.com for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.

  • To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the return form included in your shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected by Axcel’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
 

Follow these simple steps for an easy return:

  1. Completely fill out the return form.

  2. Enclose completed return form and items being returned into a package.

  3. Take package to carrier of choice and select preferred method of shipment.

  4. Send returns to: Axcel Sports LLC Returns Department,

  5. Please keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit.

EXCHANGES

For the best service and selection, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online or call Customer Service at 1-646-884-0645 for assistance. No exchanges available on Custom ordered products.

 

WARRANTY 

Axcel products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Axcel makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Axcel shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Axcel product contains a defect, you may send the product to Axcel for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at Axcel’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Axcel’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty. Goods intended for sale internationally are not intended for repurchase within the USA, and the warranty is void.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
 

All custom products ordered from Axcel Sports are made to the Size, Design and Specification approved and signed off by our customers. Once payment is made and orders are placed into production, your order can not be canceled and no refund can be made. Please make sure all measurements are performed by a professional tailor and all information, including logo files, provided by you is reveiwed carefully and completely.
