At Axcel Sports, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Retail Suit Returns: A $30 restocking fee will be applied to all returned retail suits.
To start a return, email us at info@axcelsports.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Send us a photo and order number to speed up the process.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest option is to place a new order and return the original item following our policy above.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing may add additional time.
